Maintenance, Retrofitting and Upgrades

A large number of scrubbers and strippers located in paper mills and other industrial applications have been in service for as long as 15-20 years. Over this time period not only have some of the internals suffered deterioration but there have also been significant advancements in scrubbing technology.

Replacing old or worn out parts will usually increase the performance efficiency of the units. We offer turnkey service for upgrading and replacing scrubber internals. Replacing clogged or degraded packing media will drastically improve the efficiency of the process. Other items that typically require repair or replacement are liquid distributors, spray or weir trough type, and demister assemblies.

Proper maintenance of the equipment will prolong the service life but when the time comes to repair to the vessel or replacement of the internals, Indusco Environmental Services has the experience and resources to perform these services for you.
