Control Panels
Indusco Environmental Services, Inc. usually supplies all of the ancillary instrumentation that are required for proper operation and monitoring of the odor control scrubber system.
Typical items that would be included, as parts of the instrumentation are pH/ORP sensors and analyzers, level transmitters, flowmeters, differential pressure gauges and switches, solenoid valves, rotameters and flow switches.
The supplied instrumentation is generally controlled by means of a PLC located within a UL listed control panel. The control logic of the scrubber system is housed within the control panel. The optimal scrubbing system will have all of the control instrumentation provided by the system supplier.
To regulate and maximize the performance of the scrubber system, instruments such as pH sensors, level transmitters, flowmeters and pressure indicators are also installed in the system.
These items are typically controlled through a PLC located within a control panel. Chemical Feed can also be controlled through a H2S air monitoring analyzer.
